OKC Patriots Team Management is for students who love the game and want a real role in the organization without suiting up.
Not every student who wants to be part of Patriots football belongs on the field, and that's not a knock; it's an opportunity. Our team management program gives students a meaningful way to contribute to the organization, work alongside our coaching staff, and be a genuine part of what we're building.
Team managers are on the sidelines every game day. They handle equipment, manage supplies, track what needs tracking, and keep operations running so our coaches can coach and our players can play.
This is not a background role, and we don't treat it like one. We expect our managers to show up prepared, communicate clearly, take ownership of their responsibilities, and hold themselves to the same standard of character and conduct we expect from every athlete in this program.
They travel with the team. They celebrate with the team. They are part of the team.
If your student has a passion for football and a desire to serve and contribute in a way that actually matters, team management might be exactly what they've been looking for.
Be a valuable part of the team, just not on the field.
Valuable Role in the Program
Team managers aren't sideline observers; they're working members of the organization with responsibilities that directly impact how our program operates on game day.
Work alongside our Coaches
Our managers work directly with our coaching staff, gaining an inside look at how a competitive football program operates and developing skills that go well beyond the field.
Same standards, different position
Every team manager is held to the same expectations of character, effort, and faith that we hold our players to. This program develops young people, not just helpers.
About the Team Management Program
OKC Patriots has always believed that a great organization is built by more than just the players on the field. Our team management program exists because we want students who love football to have a place in this organization, even if their role isn't as an athlete.
The skills our managers develop: responsibility, communication, attention to detail, and servant leadership are the same ones we talk about developing in our players. We're a Christian organization, and that shapes how we run this program, too. Our managers are expected to represent the Patriots with the same integrity and character as anyone else wearing our name.
If your student is ready to be part of something real, we'd love to have them.
What to Expect
Varsity Competition
Team managers handle equipment, supplies, water, and the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep game day running smoothly for our coaches and players.
Sideline Access
Our managers are on the sidelines every game, not in the stands. They travel with the team and are present for everything our players experience during the season.
Coaching Staff Support
Managers work directly alongside our coaches, assisting with practice operations and developing a real understanding of how a competitive program is run.
Faith and Character
The same Christian values that define every program in our organization define this one. We develop young men and women in integrity, responsibility, and servant leadership.
